We need someone who designs from scratch. Not someone who finds a design on Pinterest and changes the colour.

What you'll do

Design original graphics for t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel — for our own drops and for client brands
Build full collections around a theme, not just single graphics
Deliver print-ready files that a printer can actually use without coming back to you with questions
Create mockups that sell the design

What we need

Original work. If we reverse-image-search your portfolio and find the source, that's an automatic no
Designs that have actually been printed and sold — we want to see the real product
Print-ready file skills: vectors, 300 DPI, CMYK, colour separation, correct bleed
You understand print methods — DTF, screen print, DTG, sublimation, embroidery — and design differently for each
Strong typography and illustration
You can use AI for concepts and still deliver clean, original, print-ready final files

Non-negotiable

You must send us the source file of one of your designs — .ai, .psd, .eps or .svg with layers intact. This one requirement filters out almost everyone who isn't real. If you can't produce a layered source file, you didn't make the design.
