Content Strategist & Scriptwriter — Short-Form

AI Jugaad · Remote

JUMP TO THE FORM

Words that make people stop scrolling. That's the whole job.

We make short-form content for AI Jugaad and for our clients — reels, shorts, LinkedIn video, YouTube. We need someone who can take a raw idea or a messy voice note and turn it into a script that actually holds attention for 45 seconds.

What you'll do

  • Write hooks, scripts, and full video outlines for short-form
  • Build content calendars — not just individual videos, but a strategy across a month
  • Turn AI news, tools, and case studies into content normal people find interesting
  • Write in English and Hinglish, and know which one a piece needs
  • Work directly with our editors and creators

What we need

  • Published work — videos made from your scripts, with view counts we can see
  • You understand retention, not just “engaging content.” You know why people drop off at second 3
  • You can write about AI and tech without sounding like a press release
  • You can produce volume. 15–20 scripts a week is normal here
  • You have opinions about content. You watch a viral reel and can explain why it worked

What we don't want

  • ChatGPT output pasted straight in. We use AI too — we can tell
  • “I write blogs and articles” with no short-form work
  • Scripts written for practice with nothing ever published

03

The task

★ MOST IMPORTANT

The video: Saturday Storytime — Episode 3, where we tell the story of the worst client we've ever dealt with.

Write 3 different hooks for it. Different angles, not three versions of the same line. Use whatever hook style you think works — curiosity, confession, cold open, negative, listicle, whatever. Your choice of approach tells us as much as the writing.

These should be first-line-of-the-reel hooks. 1–2 lines each. Number them 1, 2, 3.

This is the most important field on this form. We will read it before anything else.
