What you'll do

Edit 60-second vertical videos: cuts, subtitles, sound design, B-roll, motion graphics
Match different styles for different clients — you can't have one look
Handle a queue. 10–15 videos a week is normal
Make thumbnails and covers when needed

What we need

Real edited videos we can watch
Speed. A clean 60-second reel should not take you a full day
You understand retention editing — pattern interrupts, pacing, hooks in the first second
Reliable delivery. If you say Thursday, it's Thursday
A machine that can actually handle the work, and internet that can upload it
